I am a lifelong resident of Cedar Falls and have proudly served as a REALTOR® since 2008. I work alongside my twin brother (hence, Twin Power Real Estate!), his wife, my brother-in-law, and my oldest daughter. Together, we are committed to providing top-tier service and ensuring that every client achieves the best possible results.
Beyond real estate, family is at the heart of everything I do. My wife, Stephanie, and I married in 1990 and have been blessed with three wonderful children, all married and raising their own families right here in the Cedar Valley. We love having them close and cherish the time we spend together. When I’m not working or with family, you’ll often find me traveling—both within the U.S. and abroad—or enjoying the open road in my Mustang. I also have a passion for trapshooting and participate in a local league at the gun club.
My expertise in real estate extends beyond residential sales—I have extensive experience in new home construction as well. My interest in building began in 2002 when I constructed my first personal home on South Main in Cedar Falls. Since then, I have built numerous homes in and around the Cedar Valley, including several for my own family. This hands-on experience allows me to provide unique insight to clients looking to build, buy, or sell.
