Tasha Beckman and Nicole Robilotto have worked together for over six years, sharing the same commitment to putting people first, protecting their interests, and helping them make important decisions with confidence. That shared approach inspired the name "Mama Bear Team," reflecting their dedication to advocating for clients and guiding them with care.
Their journey began with a focus on probate and estate real estate, helping families navigate difficult and emotional situations. Over time, they recognized a growing need for guidance beyond probate, especially in aging, downsizing, senior moves, and planning ahead. This led them to expand their services to help families make informed decisions before situations become urgent.
In 2026, Tasha and Nicole took their mission a step further by launching The Empowered Elder Podcast. They wanted to create a space where older adults and families could learn from trusted professionals and have meaningful conversations about aging, caregiving, estate planning, senior living, and other important life transitions.
The podcast became an extension of their commitment to education and advocacy, allowing them to support families beyond real estate by sharing helpful information, encouraging early conversations, and connecting people with valuable resources.
Today, the Mama Bear Team continues to guide families through probate, downsizing, senior transitions, and major life changes while expanding their impact through education, community connections, and the podcast.
